• I assisted to establish ladies section at production department, maintained and enforced Saudization quotas for production department and whole company, by hiring, training of 230 Saudi ladies (since 2013) to work in production and provided the necessary condition and environment to comply with labor law policies.
• I provided the required technical assistant for new projects like Completed End of Line Automation of Tamria line by using new auto feeding machines and transfer product among packaging area (2014), and for Tofiluk 1, Tofiluk 2, Safari, Candybar, and Pik-one lines by replacing old machines Cavannas, MPS, Aucouturiers with Eurosicma wrapping machines during 2013 & 2014. Completion of Epoxy Flooring 2015.
